A Scientific Trip Empire Construction Company- Diamond Towers Project in Erbil

On 29th January 2020, Second year students of the Department of Civil Engineering visited Empire Construction Company- Diamond Towers Project in Erbil.

The trip was supervised by Assistant Professor Dr. Maher Bahnam Al-Samaani, one of the department’s teaching staff, who accompanied the students and explained the process of producing concrete in the concrete batching plant of the company to the students.

During the visit, the company chief engineers also illustrated to the students the stages of the project and explained the technology used in implementing these towers (formwork and reinforcement).
