A Seminar entitled “Administrative system in Iraq, According to the constitution of 2005 ” delivered by Dr. Mohammed Hassn Marry   on 213   Hall-Department of Law on 21/12, 2016. The Seminar was attended by a number of the Lecturers. A debate was commenced to discuss (Powers of the President, Prime Minister)The seminar was concluded by some suggestions by the Presenter and the Participants.
