Cihan University-Erbil is sending another group of students embarking on their academic journey in Poland
Cihan University-Erbil is set to send another group of students to pursue their studies in Poland as part of its ongoing commitment to international collaboration and academic exchange. This initiative is a result of the memoranda of understanding signed between Cihan University-Erbil and various Polish universities. In the coming days, Cihan University-Erbil will facilitate the departure of this new group of students.
To strengthen academic ties between the institutions, on May 8, 2023, Prof. Dr. Amjad Saber Al-Delawi, President of Cihan University-Erbil, led a delegation to Poland, where they visited Warsaw University of Life Sciences and held discussions with Professor Dr Michal Jerzy Zasada, President of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, SGGW, Poland. The discussions revolved around enhancing the scientific and academic cooperation between Cihan University-Erbil and Warsaw University of Life Sciences, particularly in implementing the terms of their existing joint agreement.
Following the outcomes of these meetings and in pursuit of student exchange programs, five additional students from various departments including Biomedical, Nutrition and Dietetics, Medical Microbiology, and Architectural Engineering at Cihan University-Erbil will soon depart for Poland. These students will enroll in different departments at Warsaw University of Life Sciences, SGGW, Poland to complete their courses of study.
