Cihan University-Erbil Students Thrive in Scientific Pursuits in Poland

While pursuing their academic endeavors within the laboratories and lecture halls of Warsaw University of Life Sciences, SGGW, Poland, students from Cihan University-Erbil engage in a spectrum of activities under the guidance of expert educators.

     Among the noteworthy efforts, Maryam Mahmoud Younis, a fourth-year student in the Department of Architectural Engineering, is diligently preparing and delivering a seminar titled “The ACROS Fukuoka Prefectural International Hall.” Simultaneously, Ahmad Jabar Hassan, a second-year student in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, maintains continuous communication to broaden the horizons of scientific collaborations within his department.

     In a parallel effort, Elaf Salar Ismail and Mohammed Khalid Ibrahim, both second-year students in the Department of Medical Microbiology, are immersed in research within the scientific laboratories of Warsaw University of Life Sciences, SGGW, Poland. Their focus lies in the preparation of bacterial samples aimed at distinguishing between antibiotics and nanoparticles. One of these substances demonstrates the capacity to inhibit bacterial growth.

     Meanwhile, Hawre Amanj Majid, a third-year student in the Department of Biomedical, dedicates herself to intensive studies within laboratories and classrooms. Her current research involves investigating methods for detecting allergens in food through ELISA techniques. Employing a food laboratory, she measures antibiotic activity on E.coli, with plans to present her findings as a comprehensive scientific report.

     Beyond these research endeavors, students of Cihan University-Erbil actively engage in daily scientific discussions, actively participating in class discussions on relevant topics.
