Covid-19 Antibodies Test
On Tuesday 6th of April, 2021 and under the supervision of Dr. Ameena Sabah Mahmood, the head of Medical Microbiology Department, Dr. Muhsin Hmeadi and A.L Tanya Salam Salih along with fourth year General Biology students conducted blood tests on students and University staff for the assessment of anti-Covid-19 IgG and anti-Covid-19 IgM antibodies.
The tests were free of charge and were conducted in Cihan University Clinic Diagnostic Laboratory. This laboratory was established in this academic year for community service. Well trained staff supervise and conduct different kinds of diagnostic tests.
This can be considered as one of the many future projects that students are planning to achieve for community service.
