The democratic administration creates a comfortable atmosphere in which each worker is able to carry out the tasks entrusted to him with all his abilities and talents to improve the output of production. As technological, social and other changes are accelerating, this requires increased coordination, planning, organization, control and forecasting of these changes. We believe that the Directorate of Administration at Cihanl University-Erbil is of utmost importance and value, and that the creation of working conditions for faculty and staff is essential to provide high quality education and services to our students.

The Directorate of Administrative Affairs supports staff at the service of the University. This is achieved through our commitment to attract, retain, motivate and educate them, and we do so on the basis of consultation and communication with key members of the campus. This is the cornerstone that directs the Directorate of Administration through key functions and many activities to support the University of Cihan-Erbil. The Directorate of Management is developing strategies to increase organizational flexibility in order to improve staff relations and improve understanding of labor relations and that our faculty and staff enjoy personal and professional growth opportunities.

The Directorate of Administrative Affairs at the Cihan University-Erbil seeks to be an ideal department in providing the best administrative and technical services to the university employees, while providing a sophisticated and stimulating work environment.

Mission

Attracting the best qualified professionals from different backgrounds. In addition to its effective role in the development of administrative services by rehabilitating its employees. And develop their abilities and competencies within the framework of a single working team for the purpose of implementing the university's regulations and instructions, and informing staff of their rights and duties.

  • Harmonization of decisions issued and procedures relating to beneficiaries with the regulations and laws in force at the university and with the Universities Law.

  • Maintaining the quality of administrative and technical work.
  • Implement regulations and laws to reach the desired goals.
  • Ensuring that all sections and units of the university are functional and administrative, and that they conform to the regulations, instructions and performance indicators.
  • Provide control over the technical work, especially the safety of the application of laws and regulations and the achievement of performance standards and control of use.
  • Provide control over administrative work and ensure the proper application of laws and regulations.
