Negative Polarity Items Workshop

Head of Departments of English and Translation lecturer Dr.Imad Rifaat delivered an workshop entitled `Negative Polarity Items` on Thursday the 20 th of October .The Workshop included definitions of negative and positive polarity expressions ,features and attributes of these items in addition to examples .There was also reference to similar expressions in Arabic .The attendance who are teachers of different departments raised interesting questions and contribution that led to further explanations and discussions.The workshop is the beginning of a series of the annual academic achievers of the two departments.
