Scientific Collaboration with University Technology Malaysia
On November 21st, 2021, for the purpose of invitating international universities to collaborate with Computer Science Department, Cihan University-Erbil to undertake scientific activities, an online meeting was held between University Technology Malaysia Computer Science Department, Cihan University-Erbil. From Cihan University-Erbil Assistant Lecturer Mohamad Hussein Shukr, head of the Computer Science Department and his colleague Assists Lecturer Abdullah Nahi participated, and Assist Professor Ahmed Fasil and Professor Rolina Binti Ibrahim were the delegates of the University Technology Malaysia.
During this meeting, the two sides talked about the important topics of a scientific conference which is going to be held by the department of Computer Science of Cihan University. Besides, two universities showed their interest in scientific collaboration in many fields like doing research and exchanging teaching staff with each other.
It needs to be mentioned that the department of Computer Science Cihan University-Erbil is going to hold the 4th international conference on communication engineering and computer science in March 2022. Like the last conference, many of European and Asian international universities will participate in this conference.
Mainly and finally in this meeting, University technology Malaysia showed interest to join the scientific committee of the conference and participate scientifically to review papers and researches.
