Asst.Lec. Dlzar Bakr Qadr, From Civil Engineering Department – Cihan University has presented a remarkable presentation titled ” Performance Grade of Bitumen” at 30-3-2016. This seminar has been attended by the staff of Civil Engineering Department & Architectural Engineering Department. According to the jury members, the seminar was conducted in successful manner and Asst. Lect. Dlzar provide quite significant and precious information regarding Bitumen.
