The Central Federation of Powerlifting Championship at Cihan University-Erbil

The Kurdistan Central Federation of Powerlifting Championship for men took place on 15-16 September 2022, at Cihan University. The championship lasted two days in Cihan University’s closed hall under the supervision of Dr. Zhian Jamal, Head of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. A total of 120 players of various weights participated, representing 24 clubs throughout the Kurdistan region.

In the end, Dr. Zhian Jamal, Head of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, and Assistant Lecturer Mr. Adel Hussein, Head of the Software Engineering and Informatics Department, distributed certificates and medals of appreciation to the winners and everyone who participated in the Championship.
