The Department of Business Administration Participated in the Kurdistan Universities Forum for Research and Projects
On December 3, 2023, as part of the academic initiatives tailored for students and alumni of the Department of Business Administration, took part in the Kurdistan Universities Forum for Research and Projects. The contribution was made through a standout research project overseen by Dr. Aram Hanna Masoudi and delivered by Hakar Muhammad Abdul Latif, a graduate from the Department of Business Administration in the academic year 2022-2023. This underscores the department’s dedication to scholarly endeavors and showcases the excellence of both its faculty and graduates.
The research titled “Determinants of the Impact of Food Delivery Apps on Customer Satisfaction and Intention to Repurchase” centers on assessing the significance of prevalent delivery applications and the diverse marketing strategies employed to captivate customer attention for repeat orders. The project delves into the positives of widely used delivery apps in the current landscape and examines the various methods that contribute to encouraging customers to reorder. Additionally, it scrutinizes the drawbacks associated with app-based ordering and their implications on the overall purchasing experience.
The research gathered significant acclaim and commendation from conference attendees, sparking numerous side conversations concerning both the drawbacks and advantages of the subject. Participants delved into discussions about the practical application of the research findings in our societies and the potential benefits derived from its implementation. As the forum concluded, Hakar Muhammad Abdul Latif, the participating graduate, received recognition and honors for his valuable contribution.
It is noteworthy that this forum marks a pioneering event at Salahdin University – Erbil, being the first of its kind. The participation encompassed a multitude of distinguished research projects from various universities across the Kurdistan Region, adding to the significance of the occasion.
