The Department of Community Health Nursing Students Visited the Pepsi Factory

On May 8, 2023, second and fourth-stage students from the Department of Community Health Nursing of Cihan University – Erbil visited the Pepsi Company in Erbil under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Aram Mohammed Bra. They were welcomed by the manager of this factory, Mr. Rebaz Ahmad.

This visit consisted of several activities. First, it involved visiting the Health and Safety Department of the company, which is dedicated to treating the employees at this factory for any unwanted events and food safety.

The second activity focused on the raw materials and how to store them in the warehouse. The third activity of the laboratory involved testing the materials after production and verifying the composition of gaseous solutions according to international standards. This included verifying the content of sugar, carbon dioxide, and others. This testing was carried out without the involvement of a human being.
