To continue their studies, students from Cihan University-Erbil arrived in Warsaw University of Life Sciences
A new group of Cihan University-Erbil students arrived in Poland to finish a study course there in light of the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Cihan University-Erbil and Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
Mujtaba Sabah Abdulhassan from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Peiwand Pishtiwan Pashow from the Department of Medical Laboratory Analysis, Salman Marham Mohammed from the Department of Community Health and Nursing, and Aryan Adnan Ali and Hajar Mohammed Ali from the Department of Physiotherapy are the five (5) students in this round of students. These students were chosen according to the standards of Cihan University- Erbil and Warsaw University of Life Sciences and also the signed memorandum between the two universities.
The students from Cihan University -Erbil participated in the ceremony, which was held in the university’s Crystal Hall by the presidency of the university to welcome international students after their arrival in Poland on Friday, October 5, 2024. During the event, they gave the students an overview of the university’s history, scientific structure, and accomplishments, as well as the scientists who were awarded the Nobel Prize. The ceremony also covered a wide range of other topics.
Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) scientific departments will begin offering courses directly to the students in accordance with their areas of specialisation in the near future. This will allow the students to advance their scientific knowledge and proficiency in the areas of medical laboratory analysis, community health nursing, and physical therapy. The completion of a course of study for the five students of Cihan University- Erbil in Poland is considered an important scientific achievement for the students and the development of their abilities.
