Within the training course which has  prepared by the law department at Cihan Erbil University, Dr. Pishtiwan  Ali Abdulkader   (Head of law Department ) delivered a lecture  entitled ((The legal aspects of the Kurdistan Regional foreign and the methods of its development)) to staff (Department of Foreign Relations/ Kurdistan Regional Government)  dated 22/02/2017 on Wednesday in the hall 306.
