A Seminar on the influence of managers ‘politeness on subordinates’ motivation

The Department of Business Administration held a seminar titled “The Effect of Politeness on the Motivation of Subordinates” by Dr. Aram Hanna Malak, which included an explanation of how to implement speech actions using different strategies of politeness, how the strategies of politeness influence the motivations of subordinates, and how to use the discipline strategically in certain situations. Managers need to make informed and strategic language choices that are adapted to specific situations and specific individuals within the organization.
