A Student from the Informatics and Software Engineering Department Graduated from the Young Leaders Program (Generation 5)

On Thursday, September 26, 2024, a fourth-year student from the Department of Informatics and Software Engineering, Mohammed Karim Jassim, graduated from the Young Leaders Program (Generation 5) of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation in cooperation with the Tammuz Organization for Social Development.

According to him, ‘‘This is an educational and training journey representing the Erbil Governorate and Cihan University Erbil, which lasted for a year and a half, a milestone in my professional and personal life. Our training focused on basic and vital concepts, such as democracy, peace-building, justice, and project preparation’’.

He added, ‘‘This program has a great impact on developing our skills as young leaders and preparing us to face future challenges. I feel proud that I belong to this distinguished group. I look forward to continuing to work with my colleagues to promote the values ​​we have learned and contribute to achieving positive change in our communities’’.
