An English Department Student Participates in Radio Works

Dina Osama, a second-year student in the Department of English, Cihan University-Erbil is participating in a radio work at Cihan Radio as a political news anchor and presenting various programs. The goal of this volunteer work is to practice her hobbies and achieve her dream of working in the radio field.

     This student is characterized by being highly active, having speed of dealing with topics, and having enough knowledge about the rules of the profession. After passing the test that was carried out by those in charge of the radio, she allocated certain times to present her programs based on her lecture timing in the department.

      Opening up suitable opportunities for students to grow, Cihan University-Erbil is considered a fertile environment to highlight nonacademic activities run by its students as the university owns multiple buildings and centers within the university campus.
