Batas high school organized a Scientifics visit to the Cihan University-Erbil

On 20 February 2022, a delegation from Batas High School for Girls from the Harir District paid a scientific visit to the Department of General Education, Cihan University-Erbil. The delegation consisted of Ms. Banaz Mohammed Hamad Amin, headmistress of the school and a group of students. The delegation was warmly welcomed by Dr. Ahmed Abdel Aoun, Head of the General Education Department, and the teaching staff from the aforementioned department.

The delegation along with Dr. Ahmed Abdel Aoun later visited the classrooms. The delegation was also given the opportunity to participate in some of the lessons to get familiarized with the various methods used in the teaching and learning process at Cihan University-Erbil. The visit ended with a thank you speech by Ms. Banaz to Dr. Ahmed Abdel Aoun and the teaching staff for a detailed explanation of the department and its goals. Ms. Banaz also wished success to the department and students.

On the other hand, The students of Batas School visited the Department of Law at Cihan University – Erbil on 20th of February 2022, and the purpose of the visiting was to obtain sufficient information about this department, the curriculum and the teaching materials of department of law.

The head of Law Department provided sufficient information about the materials and curriculum taught in the Department and encouraged the visitors to apply for the next academic year.
