Business Administration Students Explored Manufacturing Operations at SHAR B.R.C Factory

On Tuesday, February 18, 2025, fourth-year students from the Business Administration Department at Cihan University-Erbil embarked on a scientific visit to the Shar B.R.C Factory in Erbil, accompanied by Assistant Lecturer Hevi Mohammed Qader. This educational tour provided a valuable opportunity for students to gain firsthand experience in manufacturing processes and business operations.

Upon arrival, the students were warmly received by Mr. Hawakr Harf Mohammed, the company manager, and Mr. Barzan Bahr Hamad, the Director of Administration. During the visit, Mr. Rekar Kamal Sleman, the Director of Accounting, provided a comprehensive overview of the factory workflow. He detailed the step-by-step production process, starting with the procurement of raw materials, followed by their processing and transformation into final products, and concluding with storage and distribution. The students observed the production of B.R.C. materials in action. Furthermore, Mr. Krekar Star, the company accountant, introduced them to the Crestal System, a specialized accounting software used to manage financial operations efficiently.

This visit played a crucial role in helping students connect theoretical knowledge learned with real-world industry practices. Gaining practical exposure to organizational functions and manufacturing strategies enriched their understanding of business operations and further prepared them for future professional endeavors.
