Certified Accredited Tester

On 1/10/2019, Mr. Mohammad Taha Sultan, a lecturer at the Department of Public Administration at Cihan university – Erbil has received a License of Certified Accredited Tester by ICDL. This certificate is issued by the European Computer Driving License Foundation, which is the authority that grants certificates for international programs ECDL / ICDL.
