Cihan University-Erbil Assistant Lecturer Delivers Seminar on Team Building and Cultural Exchange in China

On Wednesday, 8 July 2026, Assistant Lecturer Lana Shahab Ahmed from the Department of Architectural Engineering at Cihan University-Erbil delivered a seminar entitled ‘Building Strong Teams Through Collaboration and Cultural Exchange’ at Jeurong Hotel in Fuzhou, China.
The seminar was conducted as part of the China Aid Training Program on the Future Development of the Intelligent Construction Industry for Belt and Road Countries. The program was implemented by the Fujian Innovation Research Institute and coordinated by Ms. Bella Zhang, with the participation of trainees from various countries.
During the seminar, Assistant Lecturer Lana Shahab Ahmed highlighted the importance of building effective teams and explained how collaboration enables people from different countries to benefit from one another’s knowledge, skills, experiences, and cultural diversity. She also introduced the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, shared her professional background, and presented the academic achievements, international partnerships, and future vision of Cihan University-Erbil.
The seminar concluded with an interactive discussion that promoted communication, strengthened cultural exchange, and fostered academic cooperation among the participants.
