Cihan University-Erbil develops academic partnership with academic institutions

Cihan University-Erbil is actively enhancing its scientific collaborations with various academic institutions. Recently, an agreement was formalized between Cihan University-Erbil and the International Academy of Leadership and Development (IALD) to strengthen their academic ties with other universities and scientific organizations.

This significant agreement was signed on Saturday, September 18, 2023, during the Iraq Education Exhibition and Conference. The signing ceremony involved Assistant Professor Dr. Muhsin Hmeadi Ubeid, acting on behalf of Prof. Dr. Amjad Saber Al-Delawi, President of Cihan University-Erbil, and Assistant Professor Dr. Muath Salim Abdulrahman, the president of the International Academy of Leadership and Development (IALD).

During the event, the president of the International Academy of Leadership and Development (IALD) provided an overview of their academy to the Cihan University-Erbil representative. He emphasized that the International Academy of Leadership and Development has successfully organized various training and development programs, along with securing scholarships for students over the past few years. Additionally, he mentioned that their institution represents the interests of Bahce Shahir and Fener Bahce universities in Turkey across different regions of Iraq. He expressed hope that this agreement would serve as an additional avenue for expanding their activities in the Kurdistan Region.

In response, the representative of Cihan University-Erbil delivered a concise presentation about the university’s accomplishments and its current standing in terms of scientific progress. Subsequently, the two parties signed the agreement for scientific cooperation between Cihan University-Erbil and the International Academy of Leadership and Development (IALD).
