Cihan University-Erbil Student Visits the Dresden Transport Museum in Germany
Mujtaba Sabah Abdul Hassan, a student in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Cihan University-Erbil, is completing a course under an agreement with Warsaw University of Life Sciences in Poland. During the New Year holidays, he had the opportunity to visit a museum.
Reflecting on his experience, Mujtaba Sabah shared: “The museum consists of several sections, each dedicated to different modes of transportation, ranging from early models of cars and steam trains to modern airplanes and electric vehicles. It offers visitors a unique opportunity to understand the impact of technological progress on transportation.”
He added: “The museum highlights the role of transportation in international trade and food supply chains, emphasizing its importance not just as a means of travel but as a key factor in shaping communities and economies.”
The Dresden Transport Museum, located in the historic center of Dresden, is renowned for showcasing the evolution of transportation. Visitors gain valuable insights into how advancements in transportation have bridged distances and fostered economic integration.
