Cihan University-Erbil Students Tour Cultural and Heritage Sites in Warsaw, Poland
After the first cohort of Cihan University-Erbil students arrived in Poland via Erbil International Airport, and as their 2026-2027 academic year has commenced, they started their scheduled cultural activities.
Ahmed Mohammed Kamal, a second-stage Department of Medical Microbiology student, and Mina Hussein Karim, a fourth-stage Department of Biomedical Sciences student, who are currently pursuing their studies at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, visited the renowned Palace of Culture and Science in the Polish capital, Warsaw.
During the visit, they toured the various wings and halls of the Palace, gaining direct exposure to its historical architecture, museums, and integrated scientific and cultural centers. Furthermore, they explored cultural exhibitions and art galleries housed within the facility, providing insights into Poland’s contemporary history, national heritage, and socio-cultural developments.
Over the past five years, Cihan University-Erbil has facilitated the deployment of more than 80 of its students across various academic stages and departments to Poland, all of whom successfully completed their study programs.
In line with these continuous initiatives, Cihan University-Erbil recently announced 21 academic exchange seats in Poland for its students across both the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and the University of Lodz.
