DESCRIPTION
The Department of Informatics and Software Engineering (ISE), is part of the Faculty of Engineering College at Cihan University- Erbil. The department is established in 2021.Research in the Department is performed by faculty members in diverse areas such as artificial intelligent, neural networks, IOT, gaming ,robotics and cybersecurity, Data management , Data analysis , Data Visualization , Data mining , and computer networks.
VISION
The vision of informatics and software engineering is to preparing qualified programmers, supporting scientific research, providing technical advice in the field of informatics and software engineering. Produce innovative leaders in the field Software Engineering by their work in software development in a myriad of application areas, and through work in advanced study and research
MISSION
The mission of informatics and software engineering is to develop, implement, and manage information systems and software solutions to solve complex problems and meet the needs of individuals, organizations, and society. This involves creating software that is robust, secure, and resilient to potential threats, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of data. Enhancing user experience and providing tools and systems that enable data-driven decision-making, helping individuals and organizations make informed choices based on analysis and interpretation of data.
