Community Health Nursing Students Conduct a First Aid Seminar at Fakher Mergasory Complex
On Wednesday, January 29, 2026, third-stage students from the Community Health Nursing Department conducted an educational first aid seminar at Fakher Mergasory Complex as part of their community health nursing practical activities.
The seminar began with an introductory session that emphasized the importance of first aid knowledge in emergency situations. The students explained the fundamental principles of first aid and highlighted the role of timely and appropriate intervention in reducing complications and saving lives.
During the seminar, the nursing students delivered comprehensive information on first aid management for common emergency conditions, including bleeding, burns, fractures, fainting, and minor injuries. They also provided practical demonstrations to illustrate correct first aid techniques. Participants were encouraged to engage actively through discussion and questions, which helped enhance their understanding.
At the end of the seminar, the students received warm appreciation from the staff of Fakher Mergasory Complex. In recognition of their dedication, professionalism, and valuable contribution to community health education, they were formally awarded letters of appreciation by the Complex Manager, Ms. Shapol Fakher Mohammed.
