Department of Business Administration Students Visit Vidalita Office in Erbil

On Sunday, September 27, 2026, students from the Department of Business Administration at Cihan University–Erbil organized an educational visit to the Vidalita Office in Erbil. The visit aimed to introduce the students to the office’s products and business activities.

Eight second- and third-year students from the Department of Business Administration, under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Hevi Mohammed Qader, were warmly received by Mr. Kifi Abdulqadir Fatahallah, Manager of the office. At the beginning of the visit, Mr. Kifi provided an overview of how the business was established and explained how the office operates. He also explained that the office works with various beauty and personal care products. The office imports these products from Germany, including facial cleansers and sunscreens, and distributes them throughout Iraq. The Vidalita Office serves as the main distributor of these products across Iraq.

During the visit, Mr. Kifi also highlighted the important role that employee behavior plays in satisfying customers and encouraging them to purchase products.

At the end of the visit, Mr. Kifi explained that the office uses its own accounting system. The students also had the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussions about the office’s business activities and work processes.
