Department of Finance and Banking participate in a symposium

On 12/9/2018, a number of professors from the Department of Finance and Banking participated in the symposium entitled (Kurdistan Region and the financial crisis in the region) at the invitation of the channel RUDAW in the meeting room at Sheraton Hotel-Erbil and attended by a large group of specialists, which were divided into three parts:

The first was presented by a Turkish scientific team

The second was presented by an Iranian scientific team

The third was presented by a scientific team from Kurdistan region, led by the Minister of Planning in the regional government.

The three parts focused on the economic impact of the collapse of currencies of neighboring countries (Turkey and Iran) on the economic situation in the region.
