Department of Nutrition and Dietetics Organized a Scientific Visit to Media Diagnostic Center for Clinical Training

On Thursday, February 20, 2025, third-year students from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Cihan University-Erbil visited the Media Diagnostic Center for a clinical training session under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Reza Hasan.

Upon arrival, the students were warmly received by the center’s supervisor, Mr. Goran Ahmed, who provided an overview of the diagnostic services offered, including laboratory testing, imaging, and biochemical analysis.

During the visit, students had the opportunity to observe various diagnostic tests related to nutrition and metabolism, such as blood glucose tests, lipid profile assessments, and vitamin deficiency screenings. They also learned about the role of diagnostic tools in evaluating patient health and how test results guide nutritional interventions.

At the end of the visit, Assistant Lecturer Reza Hasan expressed his gratitude to Mr. Goran Ahmed for the valuable experience shared with the students
