The Public Administration Department at Cihan University-Erbil aspires to be a leader in developing future public sector leaders and administrators. Through continuous innovation in teaching and research, we aim to equip our graduates with the expertise needed to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability of public institutions. Our goal is to empower students to contribute meaningfully to the sustainable development and governance of the Kurdistan Region.

MISSION

We prepare graduates to take on the responsibilities of managing public sector institutions and administrative units. Our program equips students with essential skills in planning, organizing, leadership, communication, and coordination. They will also develop the ability to negotiate, control resources, and make effective decisions based on sound management principles.
