ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

The Department of Accounting at Cihan University–Erbil is pleased to announce a specialized workshop entitled “Companies Law in Kurdistan Region.” This academic event aims to provide participants with a clear understanding of the legal framework governing companies in the Kurdistan Region, including registration procedures, legal requirements, and recent developments in corporate regulations. The workshop is designed for students, academics, and professionals who are interested in expanding their knowledge of business law and corporate practices. The session will be presented by Mr. Pshtiwan Warty, Director of Companies Registration–Erbil, who brings extensive practical experience and expertise in company formation and legal procedures within the region.
