General Education Department Student Participates in the 11th International Automobile Exhibition
Niga Nahro Muhammad, a third-stage student in the General Education Department, participated in the 11th International Automobile and Spare Parts Exhibition held at Sami Abdulrahman Park. This activity was conducted under the supervision of Mr. Shorsh Omar from February 5 to 8, 2026.
During the exhibition, Niga Nahro played a pivotal role as a translator for the Lama’an Al-Wissam Company. Her primary responsibility involved providing simultaneous translation from English to Kurdish, facilitating effective communication between the company’s representatives and local visitors. In addition to her linguistic duties, she was responsible for explaining the specific features and technical qualities of the company’s products to potential buyers and attendees. Throughout the event, she was warmly welcomed by the company’s management team, who praised her professionalism and ability to engage with a diverse audience. Her contribution highlighted the practical skills and academic competence of students from the General Education Department, demonstrating their ability to perform successfully in high-profile international events and professional business settings.
The activity concluded successfully, providing the student with valuable field experience and professional networking opportunities. At the end of the four-day event, the supervising lecturer, Mr. Shorsh Omar, commended Niga’s performance, stating that such participation is essential for strengthening students’ practical skills and preparing them effectively for the labor market after graduation.
