This requires creativity, speed, and specialized professional expertise.
The trainer then outlined the key tasks of human resources management in media and communication institutions, including the selection and recruitment of qualified staff, continuous training and professional development, performance evaluation, creating a supportive work environment, managing workplace challenges and conflicts, and developing plans and strategies for employee advancement. He also stressed the importance of raising students’ awareness of the role of human resources in the media and communication sector, emphasizing that the success of any media institution depends on having a competent and skilled team. Given the rapid technological developments and continuous changes in the media field, employees must constantly update their skills and adapt to new trends.
Finally, Mr. Ahmed Askander presented a detailed analysis of human resources management practices in media and communication institutions, supported by real-life examples and case studies demonstrating successful implementation.
