Media Department Students Visit Xani Agency in Duhok

On Saturday, November 8, 2025, a group of students from the Media Department at Cihan University-Erbil, supervised by Assistant Lecturer Ahmed Jamal Hama Karim, visited Xani Agency as part of their scientific trip to the city of Duhok.

Mrs. Pary Barwari, Executive and Financial Director of Xani Agency, warmly received the supervising lecturer and students, expressing her appreciation for this significant educational visit. During the meeting, Mrs. Barwari provided an overview of the agency’s operations, highlighting its role in covering local and international news through digital media platforms.

Following her remarks, Mr. Matin Nadir, a writer at Xani Agency, gave a practical demonstration on the process of creating, producing, and publishing news digitally on the agency’s website and social media channels. The visiting students followed the session with great interest, considering it a valuable opportunity to understand the professional workflow of news agencies.

At the end of the visit, the supervising lecturer, on behalf of the Media Department administration, extended sincere appreciation to Mrs. Pary Barwari and Mr. Matin Nadir for their warm reception and for providing this informative experience.
