On the occasion of the start of the 2026–2027 academic year on September 1, 2026, I extend my warmest congratulations to all students, esteemed teachers, and dedicated employees of Cihan University-Erbil.

I would also like to extend my special congratulations to the students who are beginning a new stage of their academic and university life this year. I wish you continued success as you develop your knowledge, skills, and academic capabilities.

As we begin this new academic year, Cihan University-Erbil has made extensive preparations to integrate the latest technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI) into various fields of study. Our aim is to enhance the scientific and academic level of our students, bring our educational practices in line with those of advanced countries, and familiarize students with the technological innovations shaping the modern world.

To achieve this goal, the University has provided the necessary scientific, technological, and laboratory infrastructure to enable both students and teachers to pursue the learning and teaching processes in an advanced and supportive academic environment.
