Announcement: Agreement between Cihan University & Hft-Leipzig

All Cihan university teaching staff and students:

Cihan university – Erbil is pleased to announce that we have recently signed a new agreement to cooperate for exchange of students and staff in the context of Erasmus plus program with Telecommunication university for applied science – Germany –Leipzig.   Both sides committed to respect the quality requirements of the Erasmus charter for higher education in all aspects of organization and managements of mobility. Both institutions also commit to sound and transparent management of funds allocated to them through Erasmus+
