One of sport department’s student participated in the Arab Weightlifting Championship

Iraqi champion Oshin Mohsen Aziz from the Department of Sports at Jihan University participated in the Arab Weightlifting Championship.

The championship was held from 10 to 17 December 2019 in Amman, the capital of Jordan, and weighed 71 kg and she got the third place to get the bronze medal in the kidnapping lift where she managed to raise 80 Kg, and the player’s injury was prevented from scoring other medals, knowing that Iraq won first place in women’s events and second in men’s activities with the participation of 17 Arab countries in this championship.
