Cihan University-Erbil and Westcliff University in the United States of America have signed a Cooperative Exchange Agreement.
The agreement, signed by Professor Dr. Amjad Saber Al-Delawi, President of Cihan University-Erbil, and Dr. Julie Ciancio, Assistant President and Dean of Global Engagement at Westcliff University, is based on mutual interest and the commitment of both parties to developing a beneficial bilateral relationship.
As stated in the agreement, it provides extensive opportunities for the exchange of scientific relations and academic cooperation in the fields of research and study, based on mutual respect for the autonomy of both universities and within the framework of applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines in both countries. Furthermore, according to the terms of the agreement, both universities have agreed to encourage the exchange of academic staff and students for the purposes of research, teaching, and study.
