Scientific research at IBIMA conference
On 13/11/2019, the lecturer at the Department of Public Administration at Cihan University- Erbil, Mr. Alaa Salam Jameel has published a scientific research entitled (The effect of Transformational Leadership on Job Satisfaction among Academic Staff), where this research was published in the 34th IBIMA Conference: 13 -14 November 2019, Madrid, Spain. The research dealt with the impact of transformational leadership on the job satisfaction of faculty members.
