Seminar on the utility of the UTAUT model to explain the use of e-Government services in Baghdad, Iraq

Department of Business Administration held a seminar titled “Utilization of the UTAUT Model to Explain the Use of e-Government Services in Baghdad – Iraq” by Dr. Qusay Hameed Al-Salami, which included an explanation of the concept of e-government (EG) From the government and the public with electronic transactions. Baghdad, which has been labeled as an unsafe area for  living, has received few relevant studies on EG’s feasibility for practical implementation. Variables such as infrastructure, social factors, security, user behavior, and more are mainly identified before the adoption of EG as a technological package. With theoretical perspectives of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and  the Use of Technology (UTAUT). The seminar was attended by faculty members of the department.
