Students from the College of Dentistry Participate in ‘Do Dx Perio Cases Like a Pro’ Seminar at Advanced Dent

On Tuesday, October 15, 2025, a group of fourth-stage students from the College of Dentistry at Cihan University – Erbil participated in an enlightening seminar titled “Do Dx Perio Cases Like a Pro” held at Advanced Dent, under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Shwan Khayam Massum.

The seminar, presented by Dr. Blend Ahmed Al-Mamassani, was part of the Dentovate Seminar Series, a professional platform that promotes innovation and advances in modern dentistry. Throughout the session, the students engaged in interactive discussions and completed a short knowledge assessment on the latest classification of periodontal diseases, deepening their understanding of diagnostic principles and clinical applications.

Following the educational session, the students had the opportunity to network with experienced dental professionals, explore dental material exhibitions, and exchange ideas that fostered both academic and professional growth.

At the end of the event, each student received a certificate of attendance in recognition of their active participation and dedication to lifelong learning in the field of dentistry.
