Students from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Cihan University-Erbil Visited Diet Clinic

On Monday, April 28, 2025, continuing their commitment to blending academic knowledge with real-world practice, fourth-stage students from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Cihan University-Erbil conducted a professional field visit to a diet clinic under the supervision of Lecturer Dr. Salih Zebari.

The visit aimed to provide students with practical exposure to clinical nutrition practices, offering them a clearer understanding of patient-centered dietary consultation and nutritional therapy techniques. The students were warmly received by Nutritionist Ala Mohammed, who provided comprehensive guidance throughout the visit.

During the session, students observed real-life applications of nutritional counseling, diet planning for various medical conditions, and patient follow-up strategies. The discussions emphasized the critical role of personalized nutrition in disease prevention, management, and the promotion of overall health.
