Students from the Departments of Public Administration and Business Administration Conduct a Scientific Visit to Erbil Directorate of Roads and Bridges
Second-year students from the Departments of Public Administration and Business Administration conducted a scientific visit to the Directorate of Roads and Bridges in Erbil. The visit was organized by the aforementioned departments to provide the students with practical insights into the Directorate’s working system.
Held on Monday, January 12, 2026, the event was supervised by Assistant Lecturer Raz Azad Jalal. Upon arrival, the students, accompanied by their supervisor, were warmly received by Ms. Rezan Faraj, Director of Human Resource Management at the Directorate.
As part of the visit, Ms. Rezan delivered a brief yet informative presentation outlining the Directorate’s organizational system. She explained that the Directorate consists of several departments, including the Self-Evaluation and Personnel Affairs Department, which is responsible for employee assessments, promotions, rewards, job assignments, project planning, accounting, document issuance, mechanical operations, and inspections.
Additionally, Ms. Adawya Omer, representing the Incoming and Outgoing Department of the Directorate, explained that the department is responsible for receiving, registering, and directing all incoming documents to the relevant departments. It also prepares, records, and dispatches outgoing correspondence, ensuring proper documentation and efficient communication within and outside the Directorate.
The supervisor and students concluded the visit by expressing their sincere gratitude to the Directorate’s staff for their warm welcome and informative presentations.
