Students of General Education Department Visit Karnaval Government School

On Monday and Tuesday, February 2–3, 2026, second-stage students from the Department of General Education at Cihan University-Erbil conducted an academic field visit to Karnaval Government School. The visit was organized under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Shahzad Ramadan.

The delegation was officially received by Mrs. Shawnm Muzaffar, the Principal of Karnaval Government School, who expressed her enthusiasm for the ongoing cooperation with Cihan University-Erbil to enrich the experience of student-teachers. During the visit, Dr. Shahzad Ramadan provided scientific guidance, emphasizing the importance of systematic observation and critical thinking. The students engaged in direct observation of classroom dynamics, analyzing teacher-student interactions, behavior management strategies, and the organization of supportive learning environments. This hands-on experience allowed the students to bridge the gap between their theoretical academic frameworks and the actual complexities of the educational field. They monitored how experienced teachers implement instructional strategies and manage classroom logistics in a real-world setting.

The visit concluded with students expressing deep appreciation for the practical insights gained, which helped refine their professional vision.
