The 4th International Conference on Communication Engineering and Computer Sciences ended successfully

Cihan University Erbil organized special decrees with some words and reading a series of recommendations and proposals as part of the conclusion of the fourth International Scientific Conference on Communications Engineering and Computer Science.
In the ceremony held at noon on Thursday, March 31, 2022, in the conference hall of Cihan University-Erbil, Dr. Khalid Fadhil Jassim delivered a speech to thank Dr. Nozad Yahya Bajger, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Cihan Universities, for his support and Professor Dr. Amjad Saber Al Dalawi, President of Cihan University Erbil, for holding this scientific conference as well as thanking all scientific committees and staff for establishing and implementing this conference.
Dr. Khalid highlighted the importance of the conference, which is concentrating on the development of science, keeping up with all scientific developments in the field of modern technologies, and also the exchange of experiences and information with researchers from various universities in the world. It contributes in the future to provide advanced and sober scientific research.
In his speech, the president of Cihan University Erbil said: “Discussing the sciences at our university is for our university to play a role alongside the world’s universities in scientific changes, especially in communication engineering and computer science.”
During the speech delivered by Professor Dr. Amjad Saber Al Dalawi, Dr. Nozad Yahya Bajger thanked him for his continued support in all the activities of Cihan University Erbil, especially in the field of scientific conferences and the prominent role of the Board of Trustees of Cihan Universities in the success of the two conferences in just one week.
“We are proud of these scientific achievements that the university is holding. Every year an international scientific conference will be held at the university in various disciplines,” said Professor Dr. Amjad Saber Al Dalawi during his speech.
Professor Dr. Amjad Saber Al Dlawi thanked all the committees participating in the conference, such as the scientific, technical, media, and administrative committees, session management committees, all teaching staff in both departments, and all participants who contributed to the success of this conference.
In another aspect of the decrees, Dr. Nozad Yahya Bajger, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Cihan Universities, Professor Dr. Amjad Saber Al Dalawi, President of Cihan University Erbil, and assistant rector of the university presented the participating researchers with certificates of appreciation and participation in the conference.
This concludes the fourth international scientific conference in Communication Engineering and Computer Science at Cihan University Erbil, which was held in two days and after the presentation of (43) solid scientific research on four research topics on communication engineering and computer science, plus an international workshop. Also a set of recommendations and proposals at the end of the conference.
The conference’s proposals and recommendations are to be submitted to relevant authorities to benefit from participating research and modern scientific expertise.
