The Biomedical Sciences Department Concludes the First Phase of Its Aesthetic Training Course in Collaboration with Viva La Skin Center

The Biomedical Sciences Department, in partnership with Viva La Skin Center, has successfully concluded the first phase of the comprehensive Aesthetic Training Course for its students. This training course, which was held from April 9 to April 15, 2025, offered 20 hours of hands-on training and scientific engagement focused on modern beautification equipment and advanced laser techniques.

It was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Noor Majid Alkhailany, owner of Viva La Skin Center, in collaboration with renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Tariq Zyad. Over the course of five days, participants were immersed in the latest aesthetic procedures commonly performed in beautification centers. The curriculum included practical training in HydraFacial treatments, Botox and filler injection techniques, and advanced laser therapy methods.

The course provided the participants with both valuable scientific insights and real-world clinical experience. In addition to hands-on practice, they engaged in in-depth discussions on the latest developments and emerging trends in aesthetic technology.

Following the success of this training course, the Biomedical Sciences Department is planning to conduct its next round soon, continuing its collaboration with Viva La Skin Center in Erbil. Registration details for the upcoming sessions will be announced soon!
