The Department of Biomedical Sciences Launched an Intensive 15 – Hour Training Course

The Department of Biomedical Sciences at Cihan University – Erbil launched an intensive 15-hour training course titled, Essential Skills for Medical Representatives which began on April 21st at the Cihan Academy for Training and Development.

This professional training aimed to equip aspiring medical representatives with the essential tools and knowledge required to succeed in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. The course was delivered by Mr. Omar Dler Balisani, Manager of Sawa Group Pharmaceutical Company, a respected trainer in pharmaceutical sales and marketing within the Kurdistan Region.

Throughout the course, participants engaged in interactive sessions that focused on the core responsibilities of medical representatives, including product knowledge, sales techniques, strategic communication, and negotiation skills. Special emphasis was placed on the ethical aspects of pharmaceutical promotion and on building professional relationships with healthcare providers.
