The Department of Nutrition and Dietetics Organized an Inspiring Workshop
On Monday, February 24, 2025, the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Cihan University-Erbil organized an inspiring workshop titled, How to Be Happy in Life. The event featured Professor Dr. Kareem Shareef Qarachatani, a distinguished psychologist and educational leader in Kurdistan. Held in the university’s conference hall, the workshop was attended by department heads, lecturers, and students.
Upon arrival, Professor Dr. Qarachatani was warmly received by Lecturer Tanya Salam, Head of the Nutrition and Dietetics Department, who expressed appreciation for his participation in this important event.
The workshop focused on practical strategies for achieving happiness, the psychological and emotional factors that contribute to well-being, and ways individuals can cultivate a positive mindset.
