THE MICROBIOLOGY DEPARTMENT STUDENTS CARRIED OUT HANDS-ON ACTIVITIES AT HISTOLOGY LABORATORY, CIHAN UNIVERSITY-ERBIL

On 3 March 2022, the fourth-stage students from the Department of General Biology, Cihan University-Erbil undertook the process of dissecting fish as well as identifying the different parts of the fish body. These hands-on activities were carried out under the supervision of Dr. Mohsen Al-Ghazi at Histology Laboratory, Cihan University.

                       The students were assigned to work on these tasks which are important for comparative anatomy in medical and life sciences researches such as; neuroscience, microbiology, and others. These hands-on activities provided the students with the opportunity to conduct a study on the living organism. The findings from such study contribute to the development of knowledge for various individuals in the world.
