University Students Conduct Seminar on University Life and Time Management at Al-Nahrain School
On 27 January 2026, third-stage students Jumana Hassan, Rawan Saif, and Maryam Abdulazeez conducted an educational seminar at Al-Nahrain School under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Abd Aoun. The visit aimed to raise students’ awareness of university life and highlight the importance of effective time management.
The seminar was warmly received by the school administration, including the school principal, Josephine Estifan Mansour, and Mr. Kusrat Ali Abdullah. During the session, the presenters discussed key topics related to the transition from school to university, the challenges faced by university students, and the role of time management in academic success and mental well-being.
The students highlighted practical strategies for organizing time, balancing academic and personal life, reducing stress, and improving self-confidence. The seminar emphasized that effective time management is a fundamental skill that supports both academic achievement and psychological health.
At the end of the seminar, the presenters distributed an educational brochure that included essential information and practical tips on time management, daily scheduling, task prioritization, and maintaining a healthy study–life balance.
Overall, the seminar was interactive and informative. It contributed positively to preparing school students for future university life while strengthening collaboration between educational institutions.
